My hours of operation are from 7:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday.
Payment is due on the Friday prior to the week services are porvided. A mandatory late fee of $7.50 per day will be applied, no ecxeptions.
The client pays for all sick and/or vacation days taken. When a vacations is taken a POST DATED check for the week(s) they are absent will be given to the provider prior to the vacation period.
The provider will take a one week paid vacation per year. At least 3 weeks notice will be given so other arrangements can be made. Please provide your own backup daycare provider.
The following days are PAID HOLIDAYS and the daycare will be closed.

Should the client wish to terminate daycare a full TWO WEEK PAID notice is mandatory whether or not the child is in attendance the last two weeks.
Should a child cause damage to property in daycare, the parent is responsible for replacing or repairing the broken or damaged items.
A child may not come to daycare if the child has a fever, is vomiting, or has a contagious disease. A physician must treat all contagious diseases with the proper medication prescribed by that physician for a mimimum of a 24 hour period or as otherwise stated by said physician prior to returning to daycare. The provider will administer the prescribed medication to the child if the medication is in it's original container with the child's and the doctor's name along with instructions for dosage is on the label and the medication is no older than six months.
The parent will be notified to pick up their child should the child become ill while in care. The child shall be picked up within one hour of notification.
The child will be served 2 meals and 1 snack per day or 2 snacks and 1 meal per day depending on the hours the child is in care.
Timeout is the form of discipline used in the daycare and will consist of 1 minute for each year of the child's age.
The provider will notify the parent of any injury that occurs while the child in in care.
If the child is not picked up by 5:30, the time the daycare closes, a $10.00 per quarter hour fee will be assessed. Please be considerate of the hours of operation.
Should the client's check be returned for any reason, a $35.00 fee will be assessed along with a $10.00 per day fee from the time the check is returned until the replacement fees are received. The client is also required to pay all check and late fee charges the provider incurs as a result of the returned checks. If the client has more than one check returned for any reason the client will be required to make all future payments in cash.
I hereby understand that by signing this contract I am required to make payment to Becky W______in the amount of _________per week for my child(ren)
_________________. This fee is for no more than 45 hours per week. If 45 hours per week are exceeded an additional fee of $___ per day is required. I understand that payment is due and payable on the Friday prior to the week services are provided. I also understand I am bund to comply with all the above rules and regulations. I further understand that should Becky W------ incur any late or financial charges due to my delinquent payment or returned check I will be responsible for all those charges as well. I understand that should more than 1 of my checks be returned unpaid I will be required to make all future payments in cash or other certified funds and that all fees associated with my returned check(s) will be due and payable at the time they are incurred.
